Lois Deetz, 88, formerly of Gilman, died Monday, October 29, 2018
at the Clark County Health Care Center. Lois Dorothy Larson was
born on March 30, 1930 in Mondovi, Wisconsin to the late La Verne
and Diana (Pederson) Larson. She graduated from Eau High
School. Lois was employed be the Northern States Power Company
and was the first I.B.M. operator in the city of Eau Claire.

On May 9, 1953 she was united in marriage to Robert Deetz. The
couple settled in Gilman where they lived raising their two children.

She is survived by her son, Lon (Sheryl) Deetz of Gilman, Jackie
(Willie) Knoener of Hugo, MN, three granddaughters, Jessica
(Delmar, Jr) Sutton, Amanda Knoener and Brittany Knoener, two
great granddaughters, and one great grandson, one brother,
Rolland Larson and one sister, Clarice (William) Arnsdorf both of
Eau Claire. Lois is preceded in death by her parents, husband
Robert (2013) and one brother, Merle Larson.

A memorial service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, November 10,
2018 at Zion Lutheran Church-Gilman with Pastor Dean Herberts
officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior at church. Inurnment will
take place in Pleasant Valley Lutheran Cemetery near Mondovi.
