Eileen Janice (Schultz) Felix, 82 of Stanley, died Sunday, October 12, 2025 at the Wausau Hospital from natural causes. She was born on November 29, 1942 in Manitowoc the daughter of the late Alvin and Myrtle (Perry) Schultz. Eileen grew up in Oshkosh, WI. She went on to the Fox Valley Technical School and received a GED and later a degree in Hospitality Management. Eileen married Harland Vogt, SR on August 5, 1960. They later divorced.Eileen worked in numerous hospitality jobs in various cities. She loved to travel the Western states most of all. Eileen enjoyed genealogy, painting, writing and spending time with her family.
Eileen married Truman Felix on December 3, 2023; He survives.
She was the proud Mother of Suzanne (Roger) Schaetzl, Lynda (Michael) Riedi, Harland (Charma) Vogt, JR, William Vogt, Daniel Vogt and Naomi (Deb) Soda and her son by another mother: Paul (JoAnn) Soda, 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 6 great-greats, her sisters, Marvel Carpenter, Mary (Ken) Bostwic and Anita Wagner and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Eileen is preceded in death by her parents, her son, David James Vogt, her favorite grandparents, Charles and Naomi Perry, 3 sisters, Suzetta, Terrie and Kathy and her brother, Chris.
Per Eileen’s wishes no service will be held at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring of 2026. Inurnment will take place then in the Wolf River Cemetery.
