Diane Myslinski

Obituary:

Diane R. Myslinski, 83 of Stanley, died on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at Country Terrace-Stanley under the care of Compassus Hospice. She was born on June 20, 1942 in Boyd, the daughter of the late Donald and Catherine (Zimmerman) Jackson. Diane was a 1960 graduate of Stanley High School and was employed by the Farmer’s Store in Stanley following high school. On July 28, 1962 she was united in marriage to Ronald Myslinski at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Boyd.

Following their marriage Diane was employed by the US Post Office; retiring on December 3, 2002 after 30 years of service. Diane was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed reading, dancing, polka festivals and was a member of the PCCW at All Saints Parish.

She is survived by her daughter, Kristine Myslinski of Stanley and other relatives and friends. Diane was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ronald (2007) and her son, James (2013).

A funeral mass will be held at 11AM on Friday, November 21, 2025 at Holy Family Catholic Church with Father William Felix officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Family Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 AM at the church Friday.
